I am a dedicated Political Scientist with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a successful track record in providing strategic direction. With a Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a MA from the University of Waterloo, I have taught many courses and led seminars at multiple universities, and skilled in quantitative data analysis, advanced research methods, and contemporary public policy.
